Submission deadline: until April 20 EXTENDED UNTIL APRIL 27
The Scientific Committee will evaluate submissions and reserves the right to decide the final format of the communication and to reject those that do not meet the criteria established in the abstract format.
Once the abstract has been evaluated, acceptance or rejection will be notified by email. Subsequently, the date and time of presentation will be communicated, as well as the duration for oral presentations (including discussion time) and printing specifications for posters.
Registration of the first author is mandatory. The reduced fee for the main author will remain available until a later date after the acceptance notification, which will be communicated accordingly.
Awards will be granted to the best communications. These will be presented during the Closing Dinner of the Congress.
Submitting a communication implies acceptance of these regulations.

Abstract Format:
1. Title:
Use Times New Roman, size 18 pt, centered at the top of the page.
It must be clear, concise, and reflect the content of the work.
2. Authors:
List the authors' names below the title in Times New Roman, size 14 pt.
If there is more than one author, separate them with commas.
3. Affiliations:
Indicate authors' affiliations using numbering to link authors with institutions:
Example: Author’s Name (1), Author’s Name (2)
Full affiliations should be written below the authors’ names:
One affiliation per line, in Calibri, italic, 10 pt.
Include institution name, department, city, and country.
4. Abstract Text:
Write the body of the abstract in Calibri, 12 pt, justified.
Maximum length: 350 words.
Include introduction, objectives, methods, main results, and conclusions clearly and concisely.
5. Figures and Tables:
One figure or one table per abstract is allowed.
They must be legible and relevant, maintaining clarity of the text.
The inclusion of a figure or table must not cause the abstract to exceed one A4 page.
6. Length and Page:
The full abstract, including title, authors, affiliations, text, and figure or table, must fit on a single A4 page.
Recommended margins: 2.5 cm on all sides.
7. Language:
The abstract must be submitted in [Spanish / English]
It is recommended to check spelling and grammar before submission.
8. Submission:
Abstracts must be submitted in Word format according to the Organizing Committee’s instructions.
Compliance with formatting rules is mandatory for acceptance.
