The registration fee includes: a badge, conference materials, admission to scientific sessions, a certificate of attendance, coffee breaks, working lunches and the closing dinner.

Cancellation Policy:

All cancellations must be properly justified.
Cancellations made before April 10, 2026 will incur a charge of 20% for administration costs.
Cancellations made between April 11, 2026 and May 01, 2026 will incur a charge of 50% of the paid registration fee.
Cancellations made after May 02, 2026 will incur a charge of 100% of the paid registration fee.
All refunds will be processed after the end of the Congress.
