Cancellation policy

All cancellations must be properly justified.

• Cancellations made before April 10, 2026 will incur a charge of 20% for administration costs.
• Cancellations made between April 11, 2026 and May 01, 2026, will incur a charge of 50% of the paid registration fee.
• Cancellations made after May 02, 2026 will incur a charge of 100% of the paid registration fee.

All refunds will be processed after the end of the Congress.

Please note that this policy applies only to the cancellation of Congress registration. Hotels apply their own terms and conditions.
